Whether you are interested in face to face sessions, telephone, or online video sessions - I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
Based on the Wirral, I offer a mobile service - Therapy in the comfort of your own home. I am also happy to meet in a quiet coffee shop of your choice, or for 'walk and talk' sessions on our beautiful coastline, parks and woodland.
Single sessions
For those who are testing the waters of Psychotherapy and Counselling, or for those who feel they have an issue that can be resolved relatively quickly.

For those wanting real change and ready to commit to a Therapy plan.

Intensive Therapy
For those who want results in a shorter time frame, our Intensive Psychotherapy package might be for you. This service works on a monthly payment plan, includes 8 sessions per month, and the option of regular text messages and or phone calls to aid your progress; allowing you to check in and ask any questions you might have throughout the month. This package is the most popular with clients wanting to make big changes quickly.
